Be Whole - out and about.
In July 2007, Be Whole
sponsored a “Pure Sexual Revolution – Love That Waits” concert. The concert
was a success because those in attendance were blessed and empowered by our
guest artist to remain or become sexually pure. Our guest artist were:
Monte Dugger (Formerly of Chozen Da-Scyplez), Rashida Jolley (Miss District
of Columbia 2000 and Miss America Pageant 2001 Contestant), Devin Turner
(Rapper and Speaker), and THA MYTH (Rapper and Speaker).
In September 2007, Be Whole, in
collaboration with World Missions Ministries, went to “Sheppard’s Cove”
which is a transitional housing facility for women and children. We
collected numerous toiletries and diapers, and we also distributed 20 Bibles
and gave out many “Be Whole – Spirit, Soul & Body” wristbands. There was
also a special liturgical dance presentation by “The Daughters of Zion”
youth dance team of World Missions Ministries. The Lord gave Rev. Renée a
special word to minister to the women at the facility on “Don’t Settle for
Less Than God’s Best for Your Life”. This word was followed by prayer and
ministration. God truly moved that day and it was a tremendous blessing for
